Tell me about yourself? and then they would give you a good 10 minutes to ask them questions back so I think it is best to have good questions lined up to show interest.

The first is an HR/Recruiting screening interview over the phone. Standard background questions, asking you about your experience and why you'd want to work there. It was a pleasant experience. The second interview was in person with the recruiter, and two leaders. They asked standard behavioral questions. The meeting itself was pretty cold and rushed, and there was no interest shown in you or your career, They actually want the questions answered in a specific scenario-based fashion, despite not asking questions in that format.
