The interview process consisted of multiple rounds and was well structured. The first round included three coding questions that had to be solved on pen and paper, followed by a group discussion on topics such as having a superpower and a debate on school life versus college life. The next rounds were technical interviews where I was asked to give a self-introduction, answer questions from my resume and certifications, solve aptitude and coding problems, and clearly explain the logic and approach used. Company-related questions such as what Calibrant does and why I chose the company were also discussed. In the final technical round, I was given a coding problem and asked general questions like why I should be hired. The HR round covered basic personal details, willingness to relocate to Chennai, and information about siblings, along with an explanation of the internship period, company policies, and the increment process. Overall, the interview focused strongly on problem-solving skills, clarity of thought, and communication.
