I was called by a local recruiter a couple times to confirm interest in the position, talked about transferring locations, second recruiter was quick to update. I had an "interview" via video with a staff member and several other candidates that was really more for our information about the position---staff did not ask any questions except about our legal eligibility for the program.

It wasn’t really an interview. They tell you about the job and you tell them what your goals are. Easiest “interview” ever. It’s very informal and you’ll get the position as long as you pass your background check.
