      I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Calrom (Manchester, England) in Jun 2014

      Interview

      Overall impression was that they were looking for potential rather than any hard, commercial programming or software skills. 1. Phone call from HR to set up a phone interview. 2. Phone interview with HR and training manager - a couple of minutes to better explain what the company does, how it works, when it started, who they are; - going through the CV and explain different points. (if you describe using STAR, you'll ace this) 3. Short interview with CEO and training manager to explain what's next.
