It was a series of virtual interviews, about 3/4 rounds, including a tech panel. I was given a verbal offer, had to jump through some extra hoops which was fine, and was told an offer letter was coming. None ever came. It's one thing to be ghosted after a simple application, it's another to be ghosted after a verbal offer. Very disappointed, as I was excited for the opportunity.
