Human Resources reached out to schedule a phone interview. They missed the scheduled interview twice and just apologized through email. Finally, on the day of the interview, the interviewer was late on the phone call, just asked 3 questions, and would talk over my responses. Horrible experience.

Interview
Had an interview with the recruiter who was a bit nonchalant but I just figured it was a long day. Nonetheless, an interview with the manager was scheduled, talked about my background. Manager had general questions. Overview of the position was shared as well as expectations. The company culture seems fitting and overall I was excited at the prospects of joining the company. Now my neutral rating comes from the lack of communication/follow-up/feedback from both recruiter and manager. It has been close to two weeks no post follow up emails and still nothing.
