It was online and we were split into groups. Depending on what you were interested in, they will ask you certain questions based off the role you wanted. They usually ask 2-3 questions per candidate.

Interview
Online group interviews. First starts as a huge meeting where they give you some information on the camp, then split everyone into smaller groups for the actual interview. I had to reschedule last minute so I'm not sure if that gave a bad impression.

It was virtual quite informal and personable. The interviewer was interested in our lives and enjoyed receiving answers that told an in depth story explaining why you have a certain skill or the other
