1st Round - Telephonic - They asked for brief introduction . Gave few scenarios and asked for my opinion and action on it ( ex- what changes you would like to bring as a PM, What should be the future plan for India in education. 2nd Round - Technical round - Very basic JavaScript question . Many focus on how we teach. questions - 1. teach what is "variable " to a child. 2. Program to reverse a string with out using built-in function. 3rd round - Group Discussion - Will be conducted by panel of 3 members, There will be other candidates as well. Question are asked about our passion in teaching, short term and long term goals.
