30-minute in-person interview with Camp Director and Camp Admin. The interview was casual/conversational in nature, I was mostly asked to describe why I wanted to work in the specific role I was interviewing for. I was also given several scenarios and asked how I would approach them. The entire hiring process only required one interview, offers were made after all interviews were conducted.
