Over the phone, lasted about 10 minutes. Super easy. Very simple questions. Asked about very base line counselor questions. Interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to. An interview that anyone can do!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Camp Mac (Birmingham, AL) in Feb 2018
Interview
I filled out an application online during the fall, and received an email that the interviewing and hiring process was beginning in late January. I think I was first interviewed in early February, and they asked me several questions about my experience at the activity I was applying to teach and about my work references. They had a few more questions about work ethic and stamina since it is a summer-long job with some really long days. I got a call back about a week after my interview saying I was hired and my contract was in the mail.

Interview
I applied online in November of 2016. I had two interviews, one in person and one on the phone. They typically just do phone/skype interviews but I was in the area so I participated in an informal in person interview.
