I am posting this to hopefully help others save valuable time. Here is what you can expect: 1. First step, recruiter screen. 2. Second step, technical exercise. This is not a simple effort and will take several hours. I submitted a great working example but... 3. Third step, Ghosted. The market is tough but the lack of professionalism is rememberable. Each person that experiences this could be a future customer, decision maker or even a community advocate. So this isn't just an interview..it's a missed opportunity.
