Over google which was easy, I had a nice interviewer so didn't feel nervous, No real complaints. Took a bit of time to hear back after I applied but that seems normal lately

Very easy, not considered with who they hire. Didnt ask any questions actually tried to sell the position to me by telling how the company is growing and how easy it is to make money.
