Applied online on CIRA careers and got an email from the HR personnel within the same week asking if I would be available for a 10minute intro call. During the intro call, the HR personnel was very elaborate on what I can expect while working with CIRA, which alone added to further excitement of the possibility of working with CIRA, albeit the technical responsibilities. Post the intro call, I followed up on the next steps after a couple of days of not hearing back and I was invited for a WebEx interview with the team. Questions were both technical and also behavior focused. Post the WebEx interview, I was told, if selected, I would be asked to attend a test online or come in person to do so. I followed up a week later after not hearing back to learn that I was not selected. However, when asked about feedback on how I could have fared better, the HR personnel was once again very elaborate and highlighted technical areas where they expected more than I had to offer. All in all, it was a good experience and I would be more than happy to give it another shot to working with CIRA if the opportunity were to arise.
