45 min interview with a mix of behavioural questions and questions about experience. Interview was conducted by two people. Questions about experience were related to course work and previous co-ops, they did not ask any technical questions for the intern interview. Interviewers were friendly and encouraging throughout the interview but their responses felt very robotic. It seemed like had already made a decision but were interviewing me because they had to.
They also never responded to my follow up asking about the status of the position which was incredibly unprofessional, a simple no would have been beneficial, especially for student positions.

very easy to pass, so supportive and friendly with the applicant plication submission, initial screening, skill assessments, multiple rounds of interviews (phone, video, in-person) with different people, and a background/reference check, culminating in a job offer

The interview consisted primarily of behavioral questions, so I highly recommend preparing with the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It helped me stay organized, give clear examples, and highlight my problem-solving skills effectively. Practicing common scenarios ahead of time made it easier to respond confidently and show how my past experiences align with the role and company values.
