Interview
Excel project and then summary of results prior to interview offer. Two in-person interviews. First was competency and one technical question. Second was mix of competency and more technical. Each were with two people in the team.

Competency.
Technical in first one was about Central bank and government roles and interactions.
Second technical ones were about pricing of bonds and how I keep up to date with financial news and something that I found interesting.
