Phone screen will a few question about your resume. Second interview was at their office. Basically if you show up you will be hired. High turn over, If you are willing to sit through two weeks of un-paid training they will hire you. You will be asked to role play various sales techniques.

Interview
Strange interview. I met with a Branch Manager, and a top sales rep. It was very casual and conversational which was nice. They cursed a lot, which doesn't offend me, but it wasn't necessary. I got a bad vibe about the company from talking to them. They actually said "It's like taking candy from a baby." Most of the interview was them showing off how wealthy they were, and how they take trips all the time.
