I applied online on a job board website on the 25/02/17. I was invited for an interview with the sales director in their office in Purfleet on the 3/03/17. There were few basic, classic interview questions. I was told it went well and explained the second stage of the recruitment process. After a week I didn't get any update on my application so I emailed the interviewer. He never replied. I still haven't heard anything from them. When you meet people face to face, I think it's really disrespectful not to tell them that they have been unsuccessful and not to reply a candidate's email.
