I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CapTel Service Specialists (Orlando, FL) in Jul 2014
Interview
There's a preliminary interview where your typing skills (WPM), grammar and spelling, and basic proof reading skills are evaluated. As long as you pass these, you pretty much have the job. 40 WPM is the requirement, I believe. There is nothing to it. If you meet the reqs then they set you up for the next training class, which last about a month. You must commit to morning or evenings for the entire duration, about 30 hours a week.
Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.
