I applied online. I interviewed at CapTel Service Specialists in Sep 2014
Interview
You can e-mail them your resume and depending on where they are in a hiring cycle you can get a call anywhere from within 24 hours to within 2 weeks. They bring you in to pass a test that will quiz you on spelling, typing, spotting grammatical errors and your ability to listen to a recording and repeat it verbatim. Takes maybe 30 minutes and isn't very challenging. Then they will give you a call back or schedule a second interview where they basically just ask your availability, all you have to do to get hired is pass the exam from the first interview and then be available to work the times of their training class (either 9 to 3 or 4 to 10 M-F) pretty flexible with scheduling after that.
Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.
