I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Eindhoven) in Jul 2018
Interview
I was contacted by Altran Netherlands, in Eindhoven.
1. Phone call, mostly a description of the company from the recruiter and some question about my availability to relocate.
2. Interview with the Manager. Typical questions of an HR interview, plus a deep description of the company.
3. Technical interview with a Senior consultant (or Team leader, I don't remember). Asked me to code on the fly (nothing wierd, just a simple function), technical questions about the differences between the languages I know (in particular), some design questions.
4. The manager mailed me back after few days with most of the company policies, later he sent me a detailed offer.
5. Discussion with the manager about the offer. In practice, he spent an hour answering to my questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering in May 2022

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering
Interview
Conversation with 2 engineers and a team leader about my experience and thesis.
I was asked about my coding, statistical and engineering skills. My thesis was related to the job at hand (machine learning, forecasting models) so there was a conversation about the specifics of the thesis, how i tackled certain problems, etc.
Then i was sent a coding exam via mail, which was challenging.
Finally i was contacted by one of the project managers and offered a position.
