First an initial call to meet the company and the candidate is done. Then a second skype call or interview is done with more technical questions related to the job to which the candidate has applied. Additionally, there could be an interview with the client of the company in order to verified its skills.

First interview was with HR representative which evaluated if I was a good fit for a company. We talked about detail regarding my current situation, salary expectation, etc.
Second technical interview was with one of the engineers. We talked about my experience regarding embedded software and development.

Interview
Had an hour log interview process - 45 minutes Technical round and 15 minutes behavioral questions. Technical questions were related to Classic AUTOSAR like OS configuration, RTE, MCAL, and Embedded C.
