3 interviews: 1-Business Manager, 2- two lead consultants, 3-Division Manager
All the process took less than 1 month. The 2nd and the 3rd interviews were supposed to be through Skype, but they had difficulties with it at the time of the interviews, so we made them through telephone as well.

No particoular difficult questions.
Mainly they ask about your previous experince, what would you like to do in future.
I am sure they are there trying to find out if, besides engineering skills, you have good "soft skills" (at least for experienced professionals, it may be different for new graduates)
