Infinità di colloqui: -Primo colloquio telefonico con un HR generico per capire dove inquadrati (15 min) -Secondo colloquio tecnico generico per capire un po' la tua esperienza e formazione con un responsabile di aree simili alla tua posizione -Terzo colloquio sempre tecnico e conoscitivo con i tuoi eventuali responsabili futuri dell'ufficio di cui andresti a far parte -Quarto colloquio (più confronto) in cui ti parlano di un cliente a cui vorrebbero prestarti e le condizioni contrattuali -Quinto colloquio con il cliente Molti di questi non necessari. In genere molto aperti alle condizioni del candidato ma anche molto lenti e non sempre trasparenti
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.

The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
