1. Coding question - Arrange items in stack in such as way that it can fit a certain criteria. Based on brute force.
2. Design rate limiter in Java and handle concurrency
Fast standard process that didnt include anything that i would not find in other companies. 4 stages 3 weeks. Seems to be pretty basic - especialy in todays word so overall IT was not that bad,

Interview
It starts with values quiz and IQ test. Then tech interview. Interview is HARD. Lots of perf optimisation questions, db internals.
Soft skills part was equally hard. Questions on how to tell if load for team is adequate, or how to motivate others.
