Interview
Easy interview with very minimal questions, seems like they know if they want to hire from your resume. Very nice management and met with staff rn’s who also had high appraisal of the floor in ED. Seems like very well run unit.
For new grad residency in group interview. Multiple nurse mangers from different floors had five mins to ask questions in small groups. Bring printed out copies of resume. Can be automatic hire for ED or hired for residency and will later be placed.

It's faster for internal candidates; I applied and accepted the job within a month.
As an external candidate, it took probably 3 months for call back. They will email/call you for interview then at the interview you will meet the manager then it's the waiting time
