Capitol City Group interview questions

Applied online, called the next day, 1 on 1 interview following day, asked me to go to Costco with them but I declined saying the job was not for me. Very informal, but dressed in suit and tie. They tried to sell you on working for them more than an actual interview. Maybe asked 3 questions about me the whole time, and instead told me how I would become a manager in 4-8 months if I followed their program.

Dozens of people interviewing at about the same time. Smarmy interviewers. Unclear job description. They have you fill out a little sheet with your references and hobbies--yeah, your hobbies. Everyone is in and out in about 15 minutes. They have weird stadium pump-up music playing in the reception area. Apparently the company goes around to retail stores and does live product demonstrations. Not worth the time spent interviewing.
