Very relaxed. Tour a facility. Discuss the actual job. No pressure interview. Ended up with offer that was later accepted. Good one on one conversation. Good explanation of expectations for new hires.

Comfortable process with two employees face to face. You could tell they were very interested in getting to know you. If the other employees are like these two - they have great people working there.
