Interview
First the usual screening round based on communication skills.
Second would be the operation round, testing your skills and exp.
Last a round with manager and leads based on cv, skills and exp.
Do ask your JD properly on first round as the job title means different in different industries.

The last one with the Operations Head, is the main interview where a candidate is asked to provide more detailed answers as to his/her expectations.. HR round is fine, HR mainly focused on employee retention
