Two step process. Applied online, got a phone call from the receptionist to schedule an interview for a few days from the call. Then there were two in person interviews (2 person panel for each one). Usually the person you are working for will be in the 2nd interview to see who you are so they can ask their own questions. Straight forward, they wanted you to be comfortable. Laugh with you if you can make some jokes to break the ice (professionally!) Said they would email me at the end of the week on their decision even if I was not hired (never came so I called). Said they decided on another candidate but that I was in the top and will be called if a position opens up in the future.
