I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Captronic Systems (Bengaluru) in Oct 2014
Interview
There were 3 rounds of the interview- Written, technical & Managerial/HR rounds.
All the rounds were cleared, they were very happy with my interview and even salary negotiation was done. They said they would get back with an offer right after the weekend.
However, I did not hear back for the next few days. I called them and asked what was going on and they mentioned that HR is very positive and I might get an offer any day now. They mentioned the same every time I called them for the next 3 months after which they said I was not suitable and they were not considering me for that position anymore!!!
I definitely don't recommend the company to anyone!

The questions were based on LabVIEW Software, NI Hardware architecture and the projects that I had executed in my previous company.
Through Microsoft Teams call which consists of 3 rounds and final round with the HR. Thanks for the invitation of the interview schedule. Good environment to be a team player.
