The guy who calls himself the founder (Vikram) is a total waste of time, wants people to work for same salaries or salaries lesser than what an individual is making elsewhere. He carries it in his head that he is the founder, thinks he is a king just cuz he went to some unknown remote IIT, he is from Andhra and know absolutely nothing! Very ill mannered, lacks etiquettes, pretends to be a know it all. I guess he was under the influence of some substance while conducting the interview. I mean I don't get how companies expect people to work for peanuts. Anyways, they have just 5 employees in Bangalore, they have peanuts for salary packages. The office didn't look like they were doing well, until they called I had no idea about their company. In all, I wasted a good 97 mins of my precious time. Oh and ya, the founder Vikram is in the habit of lecturing people about their expectations, their careers, etc etc (unsolicited I might add), my suggestion to job seekers, don't waste your time here!
