Applied in person, knew 2 people working there at the time, manager looked over resume and asked about availability, asked if I had boots, then asked if I could start the next day.

It was very informal. They are looking for honest and efficient people. Most of the questions in the interview where scenarios of what would you do, or how would you detect different type of problems in different types of vehicles.
