The whole hiring process lasted at least 2 months, because the entity of the position was not clear yet. Each interview was fast and very direct, I was not asked to perform any practical test about my abilities, but they have been pleasant talks overall. The position implied the discovery of a new market, for which responsibilities I consider the proposed salary was not entirely aligned. Apart from the very long and unsuccessful process, it seemed like a professional and invested company.
