Carat Group interview questions

The interview process was positive overall, which made the opportunity feel promising. However, one red flag was the handling of the salary discussion — upon receiving the offer and respectfully initiating a conversation to negotiate, the offer was retracted entirely. While I understand every company has constraints, the lack of openness to dialogue raised concerns about flexibility and communication style within the organisation.
