When I finally did, they invited me to a zoom call, which lasted about 2 minutes, and in which they told me they didn't think it was a good fit, and nothing else. What a waste of my time, an email would have sufficed.

The interview process is very immersive and noticeably thought out with every detail being purposeful and intended. The process was three rounds: a technical phone screening, a pairing tech challenge and a full-day onsite with the team. While the full process took about collectively eight hours, it allowed me to wholly understand Carbon Five's culture. I really appreciated the care and consideration put into the interview process. It shows the high amount of value and work Carbon Five puts into its culture.
