The interview process was easy. Interviewers made it very comfortable. The interview started with a phone call with the manager.
Onsite interview with the manager and two other senior-level people within the company.. Finally wrapping up with interview with HR.

Very straightforward. I applied online and heard back from HR a week or two later. Had the HR screen, hiring manager interview, then panel interview. Sent in references and heard back in week or two that they were extending an offer!
I will say I had applied for another role at Carbon before this process and was rejected from that during this which stressed me out because it didn’t say in the automated rejection email which role I had been turned down for.
