Scheduled for a 2-part interview on back to back days. First one went well. On the next day, the Engineering Manager did not show up for the 2nd interview. Sent the recruiter several emails, willing to re-schedule, since clearly someone dropped the ball in communication/scheduling.
Still to this day have nobody has reached out. This is definitely a first, especially after a good first interview with the QA Manager.

5 rounds of interviews including a technical assessment. They pulled the rug while I was speaking to the executives.
I get that there may have been a better fit, but it is very disrespectful to a candidate's time to not inform them that there are other candidates in the running, especially after making it all the way to the executives.
No feedback provided either.

There were several rounds of interviews for this position: an initial screen with HR; a general, technical, and peer interview each with a different member of the prospective team; a cultural/logistical interview with HR; and a final interview with the CEO. The technical interview involved talking through and reviewing the take-home technical assessment/coding challenge.
