      Recruiting Coordinator Interview

      Dec 5, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CardX in Jul 2021

      Interview

There were three rounds of interviews. 1st: Zoom meeting with the COO. Talked about the role. Tell me about yourself. 2nd: Zoom meeting with the Director of Client Operations. More in-depth interview. Later, I was sent a take-home assessment, basically asking what I would do in this given scenario. Gave me insight of what the role entailed. 3rd: I was invited for an on-site interview at their Chicago office. Quick tour of the office space. 4 rounds of interviews with different people. I walked through my take-home assessment and what I would do in the given scenario. Everyone I met with was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They asked questions about my past experience, situational questions, and seemed like they wanted to get to know me as a person. Overall, it was a positive experience. Although I didn't get the job, it was nice getting to know everyone and learn about what CardX is doing.

Tell me about yourself. Why this role? Why CardX? Take-home assessment.
