Had an intro call with the tech lead for the role, discussed previous work and more about the role/company Next, did a 1.5 hour interview with the entire development team. I felt the interview was very unorganized and instead of explaining what they wanted to see, tried to coax you into the answer which was very difficult without understanding the scope of the problem. Interviewer was weirdly nitpicky and interpreted certain actions very strangely, as if they wanted you to be confused.
