Interview
They have you with 10 people waiting and call each person one by one. They tell you to come back for a second interview the same day only to arrange for you to meet them at Sam's or Costco and they make you sign a form saying that whatever you sell during that time is not counting toward your commission.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to review our company! First and foremost we would like to apologize that our interviewing process did not meet your expectations. As stated in the initial phone conversation that took place prior to setting up your interview, the first initial interview is a "quick meeting" to further discuss the requirements for the position and to all-in-all get to know you better to see if it would be a good match on both ends. Also, we can not pay commissions to those that are not currently employed for our company so thats why we have the waiver in place. If you have anymore questions or concerns please send them to hr@cardinalinnovationsatlanta.com.
