I feel Interviewer was not very experienced, he had some questions on paper and asking same to me. He asked me only theoretical question which I read 3-4 years before (unfortunately forgot few of them) I was strange how he will identified skills of others with these questions only

Interview
The process was very smooth and short. But the company is quite confused about who they want as a candidate. First they offered an intern position for 6 months joining straight from January onwards (even before graduating). Then, they changed their offer to a permanent one and that too at an extremely low package. Mind you this package came with a condition of staying late after even 11 o' clock at the office. Even a call center offers more at the same labor.

Question 1
Programming questions related to patterns, string reversals etc. A few questions on OOPs. Discussion of projects mentioned in the resume.
