They ask Standard questions which are easy to answer. Think they are looking for attitude and personality . Welcoming to mid career changes as well. Interviews are pleasant to talk to . Not much issues on it .

Quite casual more like chit chat session with senior leaders / centre directors from multiple centres (who are hiring) then second round is with HR. They are quite friendly and get to know you as a person, and also ask questions related to experience as well as values
