Recruiter will get an interview for you The recruiter will jazz up your resume to fit the department they put you in and then give that resume to an interviewer who doesn’t look at your resume beforehand Interviewer will be rude. They will say your answers are wrong and then say the correct answer is the same thing you said but with different words. I’m pretty sure they weren’t listening. Incredibly unprofessional.
