      Office Manager Interview

      Aug 8, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Saint Louis, MO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CareVet (Saint Louis, MO) in Jul 2025

      Interview

Not difficult, just very annoying and disappointing end to the first interview. A recruiter contacted me via text to select a time to interview over Zoom - first available to meet was about two weeks from when I received the invite. The virtual interview were standard questions and the recruiter was friendly. The red flags for me were the cognitive and behavioral assessments that were sent to me after the interview. These tests are absurd and do not assess any skills it takes to do the job anyone is applying for. I completed the behavioral and started on the cognitive, but decided to not complete as I don’t want to work for an organization who wastes time and money on whack tools like this.
