Very personable and my interview was very nice. Clearly invested in the company. Asked basic interview questions and focus was on the desire to help people. People from all backgrounds are considered and degree or field of experience was not necessarily the defining factor. You did not have to know a whole lot about health care to do well in the interview or on the job.

Interview was very easy and professional. They are looking for people who enjoy helping others. Team work is very important. You will receive a verbal offer if they like you and then they will explain the hiring process.
