Recruiter advised company had not allocated a budget for the position for which they advertised per the JD and was interviewing me for, therefore was clueless about what the salary expectations were for the role.
Friendly, casual, and positive experience. I was interviewing for another position and was treated with respect the entire time. The questions were traditional but delivered more accessibly. In other words, designed to get the same information without being overly antagonistic. The representative I spoke with was far friendlier than I've come to expect and communicated well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Careerlist (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
Three 30 minute conversations with some good questions, but very little info for the candidate - was very one sided. Also the selections seems to be based on gut instinct - by the interviewers own admission.
