The interview process starts off with an assessment that consists of vocabulary, identifying shapes, etc. I spoke to 2 members of the Talent Acquisition team and then moved on to speak to the hiring manager. I heard back about 10-15 minutes after my interview with the hiring manager with great feedback. I was informed that there may be the possibility of taking on a larger role with a higher salary. I was more than pleased to contribute my experience and expertise to the company and team, however after a final interview round with the CFO, contact had slowed down. I sent an email the following week to request an update on the status of my application, and I was informed that the CFO had been OOO, but not to worry because I’d hear back within that same week. All communication had ended from there. I found this to be extremely unprofessional— a pity.
