Interviewed with Plant Manager, and Company CEO. Standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I ask for a plant tour. I had experience working in a bakery environment and this was meat. They seems to like the fact that I was interested in the plant and the process. I went through a recruiter and she told me after the interview that they wanted to make an offer. It was for a 2nd shift position. The recruiter called the next day and ask if I would consider a first shift position which I told her I would like better. I interviewed on a Friday and started on the following Thursday.
