1 round HR then 2 tech interviews follow up with manager interview. After 1 week they get back with offer which is quite fast compare to other companies. reject the offer as it's not competitive

Focus: Teamwork, conflict resolution, and work ethic.

Interview
Technical oriented interview with coding interview.
First they asked about general experiences at other companies and hen focused on more technical aspects and tech stacks. Lastly there is a coding interview question to solve a random medium/hard leetcode challenge live.

Interview
The HR replied to my application faster than what i have experienced with other companies. I like the process, no many rounds like others. HR seem to be able to explain engineering things and process. I didnt make it as the salary not my asking but its a good people.
