I interviewed at Carroll Hospital Center (Maryland City, MD)
Interview
The summary of position is well explained as well as the unit in where you will be assigned. The conversation during the process is knowledgeable. It was more of a what you are doing at bedside so during the process you can explain the scenario you are dealing in your shift.
Online, in person interview, first they called to see when I would like to come in- mutilpoe people met for the interview, it was actually very laid back and I didn’t think it was that difficult
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Carroll Hospital Center (Westminster, MD) in Aug 2018
Interview
Kept waiting despite having already completed entire application online. HR insisted they had contacted Hiring Manager, but she had to call them, looking for me! Frustrating and unprofessional. Asked if I knew "so-and-so" and when I replied that I didn't know that person, was asked "have you really lived here all this time, and you don't know them?" My qualifications didn't seem to matter as much as who I knew (and didn't know). The Hiring Manager then re.inded them that the resource nurse was to be joining if available, and had they called HER yet?(they had not = more waiting.) At least the water dispenser was cool and did it's job.
